Introduction

You might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, past trauma, or questions about who you are and where you’re going. Maybe you're navigating college, cultural identity, or relationships that feel confusing or painful. You want clarity, peace, and to feel more like yourself—but aren’t sure where to start. Navigating life between cultures can be confusing and isolating. You may feel pressure to hold it together—but you're allowed to seek support too. I offer a space where your lived experience is understood, not judged. Therapy is a space to explore your story, heal at your pace, and feel more grounded in who you are. I use an eclectic, integrative approach grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. Drawing from CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused work, and relational-cultural therapy, I tailor each session to support your unique needs, helping you build insight, shift patterns, and feel more connected to yourself. You don’t have to do this alone. Whether you're untangling pain from the past or figuring out who you’re becoming, you deserve space to be heard and supported. I’d be honored to walk with you as you move toward healing that feels true to you.
