Introduction

I work with all ages of clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, and related mental health concerns surrounding neurodiverse and queer identities. During our first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy and your life history and general background. During our second session, we will collaborate to create a treatment plan to address your concerns and promote personal growth and well-being. Clients who engage in the process often see meaningful progress within 5 sessions and continued growth over time.
