Introduction

I work with adults and children (ages 12 and up). I am an integrative therapist who believes in tailoring my approach to the specific needs of each client. I am social justice advocate that uses a multicultural and systemic lens when understanding the issues of my clients. My specialties include race-based stress/trauma, stress management, anxiety, depression, ADHD coaching, adjustment/life transitions, career exploration, adolescent psychosocial development, and grief. Lastly, I believe that counseling is an active process that only requires a small amount of hope to start, bigger amounts of dedication to make it through the hard times, and a great deal of trust in yourself....and the journey.
