I believe that healing starts with feeling heard, accepted, and supported exactly as you are. I’ve always been passionate about walking alongside others through life’s challenges, listening with empathy, and working together toward growth and resilience. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their struggles, discover their strengths, and build meaningful change at their own pace. I value honest conversation, steady support, and helping people tap into their strengths as they move through difficult times.
