Healing isn’t always a straight path and it’s not always about finding the right words. My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy to include relational work, creative practices, and body-based tools to help you feel more at home in yourself emotionally, physically, and relationally. My approach is experiential, integrative, and somatic. I weave together tools from nutritional psychology, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I’m also trained in psychedelic harm reduction, Transcendental Meditation, and am a certified Strengthening Families Program facilitator. I tend to work with children, teens and adults outside of the majority culture in Utah and I’m especially drawn to supporting people through life transitions and relational shifts. I also focus on how mental health is shaped by the nervous system, hormones, and daily habits. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll often find me cold plunging in a mountain river after a long hike with a friend. I know finding the right therapist can be a difficult undertaking. If you have questions or would like to get to know me better please reach out and we can consult before you decide to schedule an appointment.
