Introduction

I have worked as a Clinical Social Worker for over 25 years and am experienced in treating adults with life’s issues. My speciality is mindfulness based practice with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Treatment. However, I have been trained and utilize various treatment modalities and flex the approach based on your special situation. I can offer treatment for relationships, grief, depression/anxiety, trauma, substance/alcohol use or longer term therapy. I am in practice to help move you towards your personal goals and guide you to uncover your internal strength and wisdom to live your life to its fullest. Over the last 25 years I have used the Relational Model to build in authenticity, caring and deep listening to assist folks on their individual paths. The years of listening and coaching folks to live more fully does provide a certain level of expertise, but I am also keenly aware of individual needs but have humility and know you are an individual. I will take the time to understand your personal situation and listen to your point of view. Once I understand you then we can work together on the steps to build a life you envision.
