Hi, I’m Tracy — I believe in the healing power of being truly seen and heard. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and deeply compassionate. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, and the quiet (or loud) inner voices that shape how we see ourselves. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver and I bring over 20 years of experience supporting the holistic wellbeing of individuals across the life span in outpatient, community living, and in-home care settings. This diverse background has informed my approach and shaped my appreciation for each person’s unique story and the many ways we seek and benefit from connection, healing, and meaning. I’m not here to "fix" you — because I don't believe you’re broken. I’m here to walk alongside you as we untangle old patterns you might feel stuck in, make sense of the stories and experiences you're holding on to, and reconnect with your strengths and inner wisdom. With a culturally aware and trauma-informed lens, I integrate the use of narrative therapy, parts-work, and psychodynamic insight while creating space for laughter, reflection, growth, and the kind of change that feels authentic to you. Therapy with me is a mix of gentle exploration, meaningful insight, and moments of lightness — because healing can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. You’re welcome here, just as you are. OFFICE LOCATION: 1017 E South Boulder Rd unit G, Louisville, CO 80027
