Introduction

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at Willow Creek Counseling, I feel called to support others on their healing journeys. My goal is to create a safe and empowering environment where clients feel seen, understood, and supported. I meet each individual where they are, fostering growth and resilience through a collaborative approach. I’m passionate about uncovering each client’s unique story, helping them explore their identity and aspirations. Together, we reframe perspectives, take ownership of growth, and develop tools for thriving beyond therapy. Ultimately, I aim to empower clients to feel secure in their identities and confidently rewrite their narratives with strength and hope. Before joining Willow Creek Counseling, I completed clinical internships at Roosevelt High School, supporting student-athletes, and at the Texas Tech University Career Center, assisting a diverse range of students. I earned my Master of Education in Counselor Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University. During my time at OBU, I was a collegiate softball player and held leadership roles on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and the executive board of my social club, Pi Sigma Phi. Sports have significantly shaped my identity, particularly softball and baseball, and I love enjoying country music and live concerts. I believe in fully acknowledging emotions, as they reveal much about our experiences. My aim is to help clients manage these emotions so they don't become overwhelming. I strive to create an environment where you feel supported at your own pace, with your goals at the forefront of our work. I am passionate about helping others heal, grow, and pursue a balanced, meaningful life. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they discover their strengths and reach their potential. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, performance issues, and relationship difficulties. I have a special passion for supporting student-athletes of all ages and levels, helping them thrive both in sports and in life. Your story matters, and it would be an honor to hear it as we work together toward healing, purpose, and peace.
