I was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States at the age of 12 — a journey that shaped my understanding of identity, resilience, and what it means to belong. Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, I bring a deep appreciation for the strength it takes to navigate multiple cultures and the stories that emerge from in-between spaces. Outside the therapy room, you’ll often find me recharging in nature, hiking and embracing the quiet wisdom of the outdoors. For the past five years, I’ve worked as a counselor supporting individuals ages 16 to 65 who are quietly carrying the weight of depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-doubt. Many of my clients are navigating complex relationships, cultural expectations, or intergenerational wounds. I am especially passionate about serving BIPOC communities, who often face layered experiences of trauma, disconnection, and identity-related stress. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as ACT, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). While talk therapy is valuable, I believe true healing often goes deeper. I collaborate with clients to build emotional awareness, develop practical coping tools, and move forward with intention and clarity. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about creating space for wholeness, even in the presence of pain. In our work together, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and connected to your most authentic self.
