Bored, lonely, stuck on fantasizing, floundering... too embarrassed / scared to take a leap. Or maybe you feel there's an un-fillable void inside, constantly comparing yourself to others. Made bad choices. Created a bit of chaos along the way? Or found yourself in its midst. Lost so much that you don't trust your instincts. Feel like nobody gets you. Waiting for the perfect mentor or miracle? When it doesn't show up as planned, do you feel a compulsion to self-soothe as the life of the party on the path to obliteration? After knee-jerk reacting to the bewilderment of workmates and loved ones, do you fall, exhausted, into bed at night. But not too tired to rail at your lousy luck, eh? Riveting yourself to everything you said and did wrong during the day! Ruminating about each and every nuance - bashing yourself and others -- ripping yourself apart until blissful sleep finally comes, only to pick up the habitual falsehoods and habits without missing a beat in the morning. When you're automatic pilot begins choosing love over fear, then even the most hardcore, ingrained TEMPORARY realities aka symptoms must change. Change can seemingly happen in a heartbeat when backed by a flood of emotion based on the surety of newfound insight. Or it can happen over time as you dip a toe into the CBT waters to change lifestyle habits. Either way, it happens when you exude more and more willingness than not - e.g., that head to toe feeling of I-am-so-ready-to-receive the best and no longer going to overthink how this might happen! The space of a session lets me demonstrate how CBT's simply brilliant "short n sweet" repetitiveness works. Try something new. CBT lends itself to having fun. Therapy must be fun for new HEALTHY habits to stick. C'mon, change your life! I'm fun to co-create manifestations with, while at the same time gentle and subtle. So subtle that I promise you'll barely notice you've told me what's realllly eating at you. Embarrassment is senseless, incited by fear. As Self-Love grows in therapy, embarrassment and guilt miraculously fade. Just one JOYFUL overriding thought / image overshadows conflicting others. Replacement therapy -- or CBT's rethink it therapy -- beckons evolvement. Change your thoughts to change your behaviors. Or change your behaviors to change your thoughts. Guaranteed to work? Yes, it's always working, remember? Has been since day one. How quickly will you see a change? That depends on your BELIEF in your NEW overriding thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Belief determines staying power. CBT teaches how to effectively change rotten to the core beliefs, humorously and comparatively quickly, and thus has been scientifically proven to help heal negative brain paths. As light illuminates, CBT used rightly self-evidences Love of Self. Pure enjoyment of self is a universal goal, call it self- confidence or -esteem or being comfortable in one's own skin!
