Introduction

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Board-Certified Relationship Coach, PACT Couples Therapist, AEDP Individual Therapist, and Intuition Medicine® Practitioner. I also hold certifications in recovery for adult children of narcissistic parents (ACNP) and healing from the fallout of narcissistic abuse and antagonistic relational distress. I am an emotion-focused, experiential/relational therapist-best described as an evidence-based, grounded person whose therapeutic approach is intuitive, compassionate, holistic, and effective. My specialty? Primary relationships. Couples Work focused on creating a secure-functioning relationship and Individual Work focused on addressing issues linked to childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, dissociation, grief and loss, low self worth, recovery and healing from narcissistic abuse and antagonistic relational stress. I work with committed couples who have a desire to grow together on a deep level to secure the longevity of their relationship. I offer Couples Therapy, whether you prefer to meet in person in Boulder, CO or through video sessions. I also provide relationship coaching online for those of you near and far. I also work with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, automatic negative cognitions, experiential avoidance, and interpersonal problems rooted in growing up in narcissistic family systems. My clinical practice is focused on helping people rejuvenate their relationships with self and other enhancing positive functioning of self-compassion, well-being, and self-esteem.
