Introduction

Welcome! My name is Dr. Shchupak and I am a licensed clinical psychologist with years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral and parenting challenges, relationship issues, and trauma. I work collaboratively with clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help them reach their goals. I use CBT and integrate other approaches into my work. Additionally, I’m experienced in conducting psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Throughout therapy, you'll explore your thought patterns, understand how they influence your feelings and actions, and practice new ways of thinking. We'll discuss practical strategies that you can use in real life to help you make lasting changes, ultimately helping you build confidence and resilience. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, and we can really dive into what matters most to you. I’ll provide supportive and more focused guidance to help you reach your goal. I’m flexible and ready to shift with what you need, whether that’s me gently guiding or following your lead.
