Dr. Ferguson has worked for over 15 years with clients struggling with anxiety, trauma/PTSD, women's issues, relationship issues, substance abuse and eating concerns. Her specialty is in noticing patterns, bringing awareness to them with curiosity and forging a path toward change in co-creation with her clients. She does this through the use of EMDR and ego states therapy, Cognitive-behavioral therapy, Interpersonal therapy and emotion-focused therapy, all through a multicultural, developmental and mindfulness lens. Her favorite thing about her job is the truly amazing process of witnessing the 180 degree changes that can happen in someone's life when they take on the challenging task of therapy.
