Hi, I’m Táhirah Gouldbourne (she/her), a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to creating a safe, culturally grounded space for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and non-traditional individuals and families. I use Narrative Therapy and systems thinking to help you explore the stories that have shaped your life and support you in rewriting them in a way that feels more true to who you are. As a Black queer woman and daughter of immigrants, I show up with authenticity, warmth, and deep respect for the complexity of your lived experience.
