Introduction

Congratulations on taking the next step towards improving your mental health. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California with a passion for creating a safe and non- judgmental safe where clients from diverse backgrounds can feel understood, supported, respected and empowered. I earned my Bachelor degree in Social Work from Azusa Pacific University (APU) and my Masters degree in Social Work from University of Southern California (USC). I specialize in working with individuals with co-occurring mental and substance abuse challenges, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions and grief and anger management. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults and older adults. I have worked in a variety of settings including Community mental health, private practice and residential treatment settings. My therapeutic approach include CBT , DBT, ACT, Client Centered, insight oriented therapy and the strength based approach. I know looking for a therapist can be scary because you are unsure if they are going to be able to help you with your goals. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working with them at their individual pace towards recovery. Together, we will create a unique treatment plan and adjust it as treatment progresses. If you are unsure or still have questions, please reach out to me for a consultation to determine if we are a good fit.
