Introduction

I am a Bay Area local with over a decade of experience helping people, as a therapist, caregiver, mentor, and teacher. I work in person in Berkeley and Lafayette, CA, and online with folks all over the state. I work with people of all ages through difficult and exciting life changes, including trauma, disability, addiction, struggles in primary relationships, early parenthood, family conflict and change, caregiving, exploration of gender and sexuality, and more. This work is compassionate and collaborative, honoring who you are. I’m also a sister, mother, neuroscience nerd, compulsive journal writer, bicycler, and very slow reader. I am deeply committed to social justice and honoring the differences that make us who we are.
