For over a decade, I’ve guided people through life’s most challenging moments—advocating for patients and supporting families during hospital stays, helping loved ones navigate end-of-life transitions, and assisting children and families facing crises. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College, where I completed clinical residencies on the renal transplant unit at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital, and at Newbridge on the Charles, a progressive assisted living and memory care facility. I’ve provided bedside care and clinical support at Sharp, Scripps, and UC San Diego Health, and worked directly with at-risk children and families in rural Kentucky through in-home case management and inpatient psychiatric care. This breadth of experience—from early-life crises to later-life care—shapes my holistic, compassionate approach. My practice is warm, grounded, and rooted in respect for your story. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients explore what’s holding them back and build practical tools for meaningful change. Starting therapy is a powerful step. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
