Introduction

Are you overthinking situations, criticizing yourself, and can't ever seem to relax? Do you find yourself getting worked up and spiraling with negative and unproductive thoughts? Do you often feel alone and believe that people don't really understand you? Imagine how it would be to worry less and feel better about yourself... To communicate effectively, be more at ease, and handle stressful life events as they arise. I have always enjoyed people and learning about how we think and behave. I have a great sense of empathy and will help you to identify your thought processes and behavioral tendencies as well as strengths through realistic positive reinforcement and actionable steps. Throughout my life, I have had others share that they felt completely at ease with me and were comfortable opening up and discussing their private issues and concerns. I have a great sense of empathy toward others who have faced their own unique challenges. I have been helping people in various therapeutic settings for over 18 years. I have a dynamic individualized approach and my personal attributes, education, and training have led to many successes in helping clients transform their thinking, behavior, and lives. My practice is fully online so therapy is really convenient for you. Please reach out to me!
