I specialize in supporting adults and seniors navigating the impacts of trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, depression, grief, life transitions, career challenges, and emotional dysregulation. Grounded in Polyvagal Theory, my work helps clients understand how their autonomic nervous system shapes patterns of safety, connection, and survival. Through somatic-based practices, mindfulness, coping skills, and compassionate psychoeducation, I guide individuals toward greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and nervous system regulation. I am passionate about continuing my education to best improve social functioning for all of my clients, and my goal is always to provide the support they need to succeed. I offer a safe, affirming, and inclusive space—trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive—for clients seeking to reconnect with their bodies, shift out of chronic fight/flight or shutdown states, and build capacity for meaningful relationships and self-expression. I welcome referrals for those seeking a gentle, body-informed path to healing and growth.
