I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia and Colorado, Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP) and Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Specialist (CMNCS). I provide virtual counseling services to Virginia and Colorado clients. I enjoy working with adults (18+ only) and specialize in working with sex therapy, couples/open relationships/polyamory, nutrition habits and sleep habits in relation to overall mental health, men's issues, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. To be clear, I enjoy working with female clients too. I also have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community. What does all of this mean? I want to help clients: enhance their sex lives, improve nutrition, optimize sleep habits, experience a more fulfilling life by helping identify treatment goals, cope with past and current concerns/issues, increase self-love, and develop more meaningful connections with others.
