Stephanie is a licensed therapist with over a decade of mental health experience across multiple cities and care levels. Her foundation as a clinician is built on evidence-based training, cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to helping people feel seen, understood, and empowered. Stephanie’s path began at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she worked in a nationally recognized research lab focused on child and adolescent emotion. During her undergraduate studies, she also spent time abroad at the University of Sydney, providing counseling to international students and studying cross-cultural stress and adjustment. She earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, where she also conducted research on intimate partner relationships, trauma recovery, and emotional regulation. Stephanie’s work was deeply informed by social justice values and a focus on resiliency in underrepresented communities. Stephanie has worked across the full spectrum of mental health services in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, and Denver, including: Outpatient therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) & Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Emergency/Crisis Services, and Medical Detox & Inpatient Psychiatry. Her wide-ranging experience allows her to support clients with a grounded, real-world understanding of complex challenges.
