Introduction

“I don’t need therapy, I have you guys!” - Carrie Bradshaw. Whether your friends or partner(s) have tapped out of being your therapist, or if you just need a fresh, safe space to dive deeper - I get it. I am passionate about curating an atmosphere where clients feel comfortable, understood, and heard. Most importantly, I want therapy to be a place for you to show up as your authentic self. I love my work because it was an intentional career shift! Prior to becoming a licensed psychotherapist, I enjoyed a 13 year corporate career in global marketing, leading product launches for Snapchat & Disney (hello corporate burnout!) I offer kind and affirming therapy for individuals + couples, including, but not limited to: ethical non-monogamy & poly (challenging hetero-norms), breakups (romantic & friendship), healing, sexual identity development, modern app dating (swiping sucks), depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-compassion/love, corporate burnout, & childfree by choice. My goal is never to give advice, but to guide you with the right questions and reflection so that you feel confident and empowered owning your own solid choices. My practice is rooted in intention, so we will create goals together and reflect often so you can see your own progress. We can also observe what isn't working, while honoring YOU with compassion.
