I am a trauma-informed mental health clinician dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most challenging moments with courage, clarity, and compassion. Practicing in Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern, I bring a deeply relational and restorative approach to therapy—one that honors each client’s unique story while fostering accountability, healing, and growth. I earned my bachelor’s in psychology and master’s in marriage and family therapy from Abilene Christian University, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate in marriage and family therapy at National University. Under the supervision of Dr. Lisa Powell, LMFT-S, LPC-S, LCDC-I, I work with clients across the lifespan, with a particular focus on adults navigating sexual trauma, domestic violence, substance use, depression, and anxiety. I serve as a certified Crisis Advocate with the Regional Victims Crisis Center and hold multiple certifications in evidence-based practices, including SBIRT, QPR, and Solution Based Casework. I’m also a proud member of Alpha Chi Honor Society, the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), the Texas Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (TAMFT), and the American Psychological Association (APA). At the heart of my practice is a commitment to breaking stigma and creating safe, empowering spaces where healing is not only possible—but expected. My work blends clinical rigor with deep empathy, offering clients the tools and support they need to reclaim their stories and build lives rooted in authenticity, resilience, and connection.
