Introduction

Hello, my name is Sondra, I have been a licensed clinical social worker for the past 9 years. My specialties include working with patients who are experiencing anxiety, grief, past trauma, depression, self-acceptance, sleep and relationship issues. We will begin our journey by building our therapist client relationship, examine the faucets of your life that give you concerns, then develop a plan to identify goals and a path to achieve those goals. Treatment will consist of learning ways to challenge unhealthy thinking to improve mood and more positive behavior.
