With over 8 years of experience in the mental health and substance use fields, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all social classes, helping them overcome challenges and unlock their potential for growth. My focus is on providing personalized, compassionate support to adults who are navigating issues like anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, and relationship struggles. Throughout my career, I have continuously honed my expertise, earning an associate’s degree in Drug and Alcohol Counseling, as well as a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work. In addition to my formal education, I’ve pursued numerous courses to deepen my knowledge and refine my therapeutic skills. This ongoing commitment to learning allows me to offer effective, innovative strategies for healing and personal development. My approach to therapy is multi-faceted and client centered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals challenge negative thought patterns and create healthier behaviors. Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a core part of my practice, enabling me to work collaboratively with clients in identifying their goals and enhancing their motivation for change. I also embrace Person-Centered Therapy to create a non-judgmental, empathetic space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences. Additionally, I believe in the power of Strength-Based Therapy to help clients recognize and build on their inherent strengths, fostering resilience and a sense of empowerment. In our work together, I aim to foster a safe, supportive environment where you can feel heard and valued. No matter the challenge, I believe in your ability to heal and grow. My role is to guide you in discovering the tools and resources that will help you move forward with confidence and clarity. I'm here to support you as you begin your journey toward change.
