I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University and have spent my career working with diverse populations, including children, families, and now primarily adults. My background has given me deep insight into how past experiences shape present challenges, allowing me to guide clients through their healing process with understanding and care. I specialize in working with adults, helping them process trauma, navigate life transitions, and overcome anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a powerful approach for processing past experiences that continue to impact the present. Additionally, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to provide individualized care that meets my clients where they are. As a therapist, my goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where you can explore your concerns and move toward meaningful change. I take the time to understand each client as a unique individual—recognizing their needs, strengths, and values—to tailor treatment in a way that fosters growth and resilience. My approach blends compassion, empathy, and even humor to create a safe and engaging space for healing.
