Introduction

From childhood through adulthood, life is filled with moments that challenge us, changes that stretch us, losses that weigh us down, and experiences that shape who we are. These moments, whether joyful or painful, often leave us searching for someone who will truly listen, understand, and walk with us through the unknown. That’s the heart of my work as a counselor! I believe that healing happens in relationship—in knowing that we are seen, heard, and not alone. My aim is to offer a warm, inviting space where people of all ages can slow down, reflect, and process whatever they’re carrying. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and have a special passion for helping people navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, family & peer conflict, and life transitions. I use a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to fit the unique needs of each person. Whether you’re reaching out for yourself, your child, or your family, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to begin counseling. iIt would be my privilege to walk with you through this season, wherever it may lead! If you're feeling ready to begin, you can give me a call, send me an email, or book your first session via the scheduling link.
