Introduction

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. My passion is supporting first responders and their loved ones. This is especially close to my heart as the wife of a first responder and a mom to adult children. I understand firsthand the unique stress, sacrifices, and strength it takes to serve and support those on the front lines. In my practice, I use a compassionate, practical, and solution-focused approach tailored to each client. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a highly effective method for healing from trauma, anxiety, and other painful experiences. Whether you are working through trauma, relationship struggles, or everyday stress, I provide a safe space to be heard and grow. Just know that you do not have to do life alone. It is okay to ask for help, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin your journey toward improved emotional well-being. Together, we can work on restoring resilience so that you feel more equipped to face life’s challenges with strength and hope.
