Introduction

As a seasoned therapist, whose background is a unique blend of marriage & family therapy and employee development, I work with individuals who need help managing life's transitions and productivity. In working with organizations, employees learn productivity skills so that they perform their jobs more efficiently while also learning coping skills for healthy relationships in and outside of work. Employees learn to maximize their time and center their focus so they can reach more of their goals and expectations efficiently. Many transitions I address include career guidance, perinatal moms going back to work, and managing life without substances. I serve to help guide you along through the accompanying stress and anxiety, introduce coping skills, and manage anxiety provokers and distractions to productivity while also exploring your strengths and interests.
