As a therapist, I enjoy providing services for children, teens and adults of all ages, through individual, couples and family therapy. I choose to practice trauma-informed care because intention and corrective experiences are important aspects of healing. Recognizing each person and every family has its own unique makeup and needs, I utilize strengths-based approaches to help foster improved relationships and learn new ways of working together towards goals. I value helping clients identify strategies they can apply towards stressors that are impacting their lives to experience relief from suffering, develop communication skills, practice healthy coping skills, and improve confidence.
