Introduction

I am a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselor, committed to providing empathetic support and effective therapeutic solutions to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges. Holding a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy College, brings me 5 years of experience in helping clients navigate life's complexities. Specializing in narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques, I empower clients to explore their personal stories and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Through a client-centered approach, I foster a safe and supportive environment that encourages growth, healing, and self-discovery. I have worked extensively with a diverse clientele, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics. With a deep commitment to professional development, I continually seek to my skills and knowledge to better serve clients and make a positive impact in the community. Outside of the counseling room, I enjoy painting, the outdoors, spending time with my family, and spending time with myself, further nurturing my passion for holistic well-being and connection to others. Whether guiding clients through transformative change or advocating for mental health awareness, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards emotional resilience and well-being.
