Life can be a lot — especially when you’re going through big changes, feeling anxious or low, or just not quite like yourself. I’m Sarah, a licensed therapist certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), and I help adults navigate things like anxiety, depression, grief, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, and major life transitions. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I draw from approaches like DBT and ACT, but I also believe therapy should feel like a real conversation — not a clinical checklist. My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported, understood, and accepted. Together, we’ll work toward helping you move through life in a way that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned with your values. Outside of my clinical work, I’m also a mom to two autistic young adults. Parenting through the challenges and joys of neurodivergence has taught me so much about flexibility, advocacy, and the importance of truly being seen and understood. That experience deeply informs how I show up in the therapy room — especially when working with other parents, caregivers, or neurodivergent clients. If you're feeling overwhelmed or just need a place to land, I'm here to help. Together, we can make space for what’s hard, what’s meaningful, and what’s next.
