Introduction

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. INDIVIDUAL THERAPY For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and their caregivers. My work is informed by extensive training and experience in infant and early childhood mental health, adoption and foster care, disabilities, perinatal mental health, trauma, and mood and anxiety disorders. Parenting can be one of the most meaningful and most overwhelming roles we take on. If you're raising a child with diverse needs, you may often feel isolated, exhausted, or unsure where to turn. Parenting is hard, especially when you have children who are struggling or had a difficult childhood yourself. I understand that each family’s journey is different, and I approach every client with empathy, curiosity, and respect. Whether you're looking for guidance, healing, or simply a space to breathe and be seen, I’m here to walk alongside you. CIRCLES OF HOPE A Circle of Hope is a safe, compassionate space for you to connect with other moms on a similar journey. It's where you can express your feelings with vulnerability to others who “get it” and know that you will be supported. It's a place to feel grounded and rejuvenated, a balm to your weary soul. You will leave a little lighter, knowing you are not alone. Circles of Hope was designed to care for moms who are parenting children (including adult children) with mental health challenges, disabilities, neurodivergence, trauma or challenging behaviors. If your child has diverse needs, you are welcome here. More info. and registration can be found here: https://www.circlesofhope.me/ CONSULTATION/TRAINING I offer consultation and training services for clinicians, educators, and other professionals seeking guidance in supporting children with diverse needs. My consultations focus on developmentally appropriate behavior support strategies and the integration of play therapy techniques. I will help you see your client/student through a neurodevelopmental lens and demonstrate ways to help you form a deeper connection with them. Whether you're navigating complex classroom dynamics, want some insight on a specific client, or are simply seeking to expand your toolkit, I provide collaborative, practical support tailored to your unique setting and the needs of the children you serve. Consultations are one on one in office or via telehealth and trainings are done at your school, daycare or other place of employment.
