Introduction

I aim to help empower clients to build lives for themselves that they find meaningful and worth living. I have five years of experience providing therapy and assessment to individuals with a wide range of concerns, including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, trauma, BPD, OCD, bipolar disorder, stress, body image concerns, and low self-esteem. I also provide a safe space for individuals to explore their sexuality and gender identity. Additionally, my work is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex positive, and health at every size informed. My approach to therapy is eclectic, as I believe the needs of each person are unique. Therapy approaches I incorporate into my work include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and client-centered therapy. It takes courage to ask for help. Whether you are ready to make a big change or aren't sure if therapy is right for you, I'm here to meet you where you are and help you figure out where to go from here.
