Introduction

My name is Sarab Saraswati Khalsa, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona, offering telehealth sessions to adults seeking support and healing. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fort Lewis College and went on to complete a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling here in Arizona. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, but I feel especially connected to helping adults who are navigating trauma—whether it stems from childhood experiences, difficult relationships, or major life transitions. I also work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, communication challenges, and anger. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your needs, including EMDR, inner child work, DBT, mindfulness, CBT, strengths-based therapy, expressive arts, and traditional talk therapy. I’ve found that therapy works best when it’s flexible and creative, using a blend of techniques we discover and shape together based on what resonates with you. If you’re not sure what type of therapy is right for you—that’s okay. We’ll figure it out together, at your pace. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, develop insight, and build practical tools for daily life. Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or returning after a break, I’m here to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and a more empowered future. I look forward to connecting with you and being part of your journey toward a better tomorrow..
