These tools help us get to the root of things — gently and at your pace — so you can start feeling more connected to yourself and release the pain by letting go of the past 'til it's weightless. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to do deeper work, I offer a space (both in-person and virtual) where all parts of you are welcome. Together, we’ll untangle the old stories and patterns that no longer serve you — and help you reconnect with the self you were always meant to be.
