Introduction

I love supporting couples with marriages in crisis, helping both partners find hope and healing. I specialize in working with neurodiverse couples, helping them overcome their unique challenges. I am trained to use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I am a certified Associate Partner Trauma Therapist (APTT). I am Gottman level 1 certified and have been a Prepare/Enrich facilitator for over 13 years. It is a research-based assessment that helps couples quickly identify their strengths and areas for improvement. I am a Christian and am happy to incorporate Christian counseling for clients who want to integrate their faith into therapy. My skill set is perfect for helping individuals, families, and couples, especially those who see the world differently, such as those with one partner having Autism1 (Asperger's) or ADHD. I enjoy working with people of all ages. It takes courage to reach out and ask for help when you are going through difficult times, have experienced trauma or betrayal, or need someone unbiased to listen. I would be humbled to support you or your family in renewing your hope and teaching you strategies to help you cope with the hard things life has thrown at you.
