Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just trying to figure things out, I offer a safe and affirming space to explore what matters to you. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the College of St. Scholastica, and my approach is strengths-based, solution-focused, and person-centered. Therapy with me is collaborative, we’ll work together to find a pace and style that feels right for you.
