Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. With thirteen years of experience, I began my career specializing in the treatment of children and adolescents. Over time, my practice has grown to include a wide range of concerns across the lifespan, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, OCD, behavior problems, perfectionism, codependency and attachment issues, body image concerns, adjustment to life stressors (divorce, breakups, transition to college and post-college experiences), and perinatal mental health. I take an eclectic approach to therapy and draw on evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and Interpersonal Therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s goals. I am also trained in EMDR and other trauma-focused modalities, as well as ERP for OCD. I am currently pursuing certification in perinatal mental health. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, my goal is to provide a supportive space that fosters resilience and growth. It is my life’s passion to help others feel empowered to be their authentic selves and realize their full potential. I consider it an honor to be a part of each client's journey to healing. I look forward to connecting with you! If you are interested in becoming a patient, please send an email to admin@zburpsychologicalservices.com containing your name, phone number, insurance type (if you would like sessions to be processed through your insurance), and a brief message regarding why you are seeking treatment.
