I am a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with specialized training in trauma-informed care. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Social Work to expand my clinical skill set and deepen my impact in recovery-focused work. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based and expressive modalities. I am Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed and have completed training in Sandtray therapy, expressive arts, and narrative therapy. I am also a 200-hour trauma-informed yoga instructor, certified through My Vinyasa Practice, and I integrate somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support holistic healing. I have extensive experience working with individuals impacted by substance use, complex trauma, and commercial sexual exploitation. My work is rooted in the belief that recovery is possible and that healing occurs through compassionate support, autonomy, and access to safe, empowering environments.
