Introduction

You’re juggling deadlines, social plans you don't have energy for, and the endless pressure to “be better.” You're constantly overthinking: Am I falling behind? Am I doing enough? What’s wrong with me? Maybe you’re in grad school or building a career, handling adult responsibilities, and somehow still wondering how other people make it look easy. You want to stop second-guessing every decision, feel more like yourself again, and handle hard things without spiraling or looking for an “adultier adult” to make it okay. I work with ambitious adults (ages 18-50) navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, perfectionism, and transitions like grad school, job shifts, parenthood, or friendship changes. Using trauma-informed therapy (CBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness), we’ll untangle what’s keeping you stuck and build tools that work in real life, not just in theory. You don’t have to be falling apart to benefit from therapy. If you’re holding it together on the outside but quietly panicking, numbing out, or wondering if life is supposed to feel this hard, let’s talk! You can want growth and rest. You can want more and slow down. We’ll find your middle ground and help you take back control of your life.
