I’m a cis-gender Indian and Pakistani woman from an immigrant background, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s in Art Therapy and Counseling (MAATC). I’m also a Provisionally Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P). I’m deeply passionate about supporting individuals of diverse identities and backgrounds who are navigating what it means to stay true to themselves within Western cultural systems. My work is rooted in a strong foundation of experience with immigrant children, their families, and people of all ages seeking support around anxiety, self-esteem, self-acceptance, and the healing of complex and intergenerational trauma. I’m especially called to work with those holding marginalized or opposing identities, integrating ancestral, intuitive, and spiritual practices into the healing process. I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Hindi/Urdu, and hold space in all three languages.
