I’m a cis-gender Indian and Pakistani woman from an immigrant background, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s in Art Therapy and Counseling (MAATC). I’m also a Provisionally Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P). I’m deeply passionate about working with individuals of diverse identities and backgrounds who are navigating what it means to stay true to themselves within Western cultural systems. My work is rooted in a strong foundation of experience with immigrant children, their families, and people of all ages seeking support around anxiety, self-esteem, self-acceptance, and the healing of complex and intergenerational trauma. I’m especially called to work with those holding marginalized or opposing identities, integrating ancestral, intuitive, and spiritual practices into the healing process. I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Hindi/Urdu, and hold space in all three languages.
