I hold two master’s degrees: one in Social Work and another in Infant & Family Practice. My clinical training is supported by advanced post-graduate studies in neuroscience, certification in transformational coaching, and extensive work in epigenetic psychotherapy. My practice draws upon a diverse set of evidence-based and holistic modalities, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, psychoanalysis, HeartMath, BioWell technology, and more. My approach is grounded in the understanding that emotional wounds are not only psychological—they are imprinted in the nervous system, the subconscious mind, and even the electromagnetic field that surrounds and informs our biology. The human biofield—an electromagnetic network that influences cellular communication, immune response, and gene expression—is an essential part of the healing process. When dysregulated by trauma, chronic stress, or inherited patterns, it can disrupt emotional and physical health.
