Hi, I’m Jessica. Everyday, I feel incredibly lucky to walk along others in their mental health journey. I am in awe of my clients’ bravery and the effort they put into transforming their lives. I am so incredibly honored to be able to witness and hold space for people in their most vulnerable moments — and honestly, I can’t imagine a better job. I have worked as a therapist for nearly 16 years and have had the honor of working with the most incredible people during my journey. From starting off in school-based counseling and community mental health centers to now owning my own private practice- it has been quite a journey and I have learned so much. Over the years, I have discovered I do my best work with clients struggling with anxiety- particularly social anxiety, generalized anxiety, OCD, self-esteem challenges, and high-functioning anxiety. My approach is rooted in evidence- based techniques, and I am committed to lifelong learning to ensure you receive the highest quality of care. The strongest predictor of success in therapy is the connection between client and therapist. I strive to create a relationship built on trust, empathy, and genuine understanding. I will always meet you where you are, but I”ll also challenge you to take meaningful steps toward change. Our sessions will be active and goal focused (not just time for venting) and I’ll provide practical tools and “homework” to help you make progress in between sessions.
