I am interested in helping you discover a daily existence that works for you while providing compassion and care. By viewing you holistically I take pride in creating a safe place to ask questions about identity and meaning. I know firsthand how life changing it can be to be fully heard by another person without societal expectations or pressures. I aspire to support you by listening, highlighting your strengths and calling attention to the patterns that keep us stuck. I use various modalities to fit your needs, but my curiosity, empathy, and authenticity remain consistent in my counseling work.
