I work with individuals who want to explore their personal growth, improve communication, or weather a particularly challenging life transition. Also close to my heart are parents who come in to discuss the joys and the quandaries of raising unique little humans. They often learn how to care for themselves, as well, in the process. Our work together will be primarily led by your needs and rooted in a strength-based model. In each session, we will identify what you are doing that is working, as well as what is not, both examining challenges and celebrating successes. The work can be short or long term, depending on your personal needs.
