Over the years I have successfully treated a wide variety of mental health concerns including stress, chronic depression, and trauma. I take a person-centered and non-judgmental approach and treat all of my client's with absolute and unconditional positive regard. I also have a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. Using these approaches, we will work together in a safe environment to get you where you would like to be.
