Introduction

I enjoy working with individuals seeking to facilitate change in their internal world, relationships, and communities. I believe that in order to start your therapy journey, a part of you (even if it’s small), believes and hopes that things can be different. Together, we will contemplate different ways of relating to and understanding Self, others, and your experiences. I work well with clients who may be impacted by trauma, relational stressors, and mood disorders. I find that I connect well with LGBTQ+ folks, teens, young adults/parents, and folks looking to explore gender identity, non-monogamy, and attachment styles. I offer a warm, compassionate, and relational approach that seeks to build understanding. My therapeutic approach borrows techniques from Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Please don't hesitate to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. During this time, we will have the opportunity to learn more about your goals in therapy, what therapy with me might look like, and how we might work together. Looking forward to connecting with you!
