Introduction

As a Life Coach and Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, my focus is on helping clients work through some of the most challenging areas of life with clarity and confidence. With master’s degrees in both Community Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy, and over 30 years of experience in the field, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of human behavior to my work. My goal is to guide clients in uncovering their own strengths, addressing obstacles, and achieving lasting improvements in their mental health and overall quality of life. My specialty lies in creating a therapeutic environment that is brief, non-judgmental, cognitively based and solution-focused from the very first session. I work with individuals, couples, and families to identify practical strategies that foster emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and promote resilience. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. Whether you are feeling stuck, navigating relationship challenges, or simply seeking tools to better manage life’s stresses, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session. Together, we can create a path forward that feels manageable, empowering, and tailored to your needs.
