Introduction

At RenewU Counseling and Consultation Services, PLLC, we offer a safe space for in-person or virtual counseling sessions. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of dedicated experience helping individuals and families navigate the complex journey of healing from trauma. My work spans all stages of life, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, offering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs. As a trauma therapist, I specialize in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and related conditions using cutting-edge modalities. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful, fast-acting approach that helps clients resolve distressing memories and emotional pain without having to relive the trauma. I also utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a gold-standard treatment for PTSD that empowers individuals to reframe harmful beliefs and regain control over their lives. In addition to my trauma work, I am deeply committed to strengthening family systems. I offer family therapy focused on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering emotional resilience. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing is possible for everyone. I use a variety of evidence-based practices such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), as well as motivational interviewing. I have worked with all life spans: Children, adolescents, and adults process grief, trauma, self-esteem, depression, or poor self-image. Helping people move through difficult situations is my passion.
